Chef Farnham Hogue has over forty years of culinary experience. Managing large and small kitchens in the San Francico Bay area and owned his own restaurant in the state of Washington.
He has managed everything from free standing restaurants to executive dining and food service management in Silicon Valley. Chef Hogue offers a culinary program to fit your needs, and gain the cooking knowledge you wish. Using your home kitchen and utensils makes the experience and instruction more relatable and relaxed. Once you have decided what culinary knowledge and techniques you would like to pursue. Chef Hogue will work with you to design your program with your approval.
All the ingredients needed for each session of your program, will be provided.

Concentrating on the culinary techniques that will enable you to create the dishes, and explore the cuisines you would like to be proficient at.
